ReadyList Team

Jake Plummer

Co-Founder

Jake the Snake was a 10-year vet and Pro Bowl quarterback in the NFL (Arizona Cardinals and Denver Broncos). He is known for his All-American season and run to the Rose Bowl while at Arizona State, winning the Cardinals’ first playoff game since 1947, and breaking John Elway’s franchise records, while taking the Broncos to the AFC Championship Game in 2005.  In December 2019, Jake was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Chad Friehauf

Co-Founder

Chad was an All-American quarterback and Harlon Hill Trophy winner (equivalent to the Heisman Trophy at the DII level).  He signed with the Denver Broncos out of college, bounced around many professional teams, and coached at his alma mater for two years, before founding ReadyList Sports. Chad graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in engineering.

Morgan Liggett

Chief Creative Officer

Morgan comes from a background in college football, working in recruiting and operations at the Division I level. His stops include Northern Illinois University and the University of Minnesota. Morgan has a unique creative mind that was an essential influence at the Power Five level. He led the marketing and recruiting efforts for three college football programs, which mandated new and innovative methods of engagement. Morgan received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, and was awarded his M.S. degree in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University. 

Matt Hughes

Chief Product Officer

Matt is closing in on three years with ReadyList Sports.  He has been instrumental in the product innovation, design, and development of our new software.  He also manages various ongoing projects inside ReadyList Sports.  Matt has a background in education, spending eight years as a teacher and coach.  He has two degrees from Creighton University and is a graduate of the Omaha Code School.

Toby Bourguet

Director of Youth / Flag Football

Toby is in his third decade of coaching youth in many variations of the game of football including flag for K-12; 7on7 for middle school and high school; and tackle for youth, middle school, and high school.  He has coached more than 50 local championship teams, 25 state championship teams, and 39 national championship teams across all age groups.  In 2015, Toby was selected National 14U NFL Flag Football Coach of the Year.  He is considered one of the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the game today.  He has held positions with NFL Flag Football, USA Football, Battle, and Gamebreaker in various national roles.

Paul Casanova

Marketing and Sales Strategy

With over 20 years in education and IT, both as a teacher (High School English), and Regional Sales Director (Dell), Paul understands the intersection between technology, educational modalities, and shares the perspective that not all people learn the same.  This understanding has been instrumental as he helps guide our go-to-market strategies, messaging, and the execution of our sales motions.  In his spare time, Paul loves to hang out with his family, coach baseball and spend time in the outdoors.  Every now and then you can find him training for his IronMan races, of which he is now a two-time finisher.

Nick Lepetsos

Board of Advisors

Nick comes to ReadyList Sports from the world of banking and finance.  He has held executive-level operational and financial positions in several companies over his career, most recently as a founder and COO of a startup in the fintech industry.  Nick brings a unique combination of corporate experience, passion for entrepreneurship, and a love for the game of football.  Nick received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University along with an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Mike Shanahan

Board of Advisors

Coach Shanahan was a head coach in the NFL for 20 years, which included back-to-back Super Bowl Victories (XXXII and XXXIII).  He won Super Bowl XXIX with the 49ers as the Offensive Coordinator.  Also making 10 Conference Championship appearances, Coach Shanahan is known for his West Coast Offense and being a descendant of the Bill Walsh coaching tree.

Lindy Snider

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Lindy is the founder of Lindi Skin, LLC and the daughter of Ed Snider, founder of the Philadelphia Flyers and former chairman of Comcast Spectacor.  Snider is a passionate entrepreneur, dedicated philanthropist, and champion of start-ups, currently sitting on over 21 boards and advisory groups, including chairman for Athletes For Care.  Focused on new business development, brand marketing, and investing, Snider identifies and helps mentor innovative companies and initiatives in the start-up space.

Andy Grolnick

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Andy currently serves as LogRhythm’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and has led LogRhythm to become one of the leading security intelligence and analytics companies in the world since joining in 2005. With over 25 years of experience leading and growing high tech businesses, his accomplishments include playing a key role in building the Zip division of Iomega from inception into a $1 billion entity as its General Manager. Prior to LogRhythm, Mr. Grolnick held senior roles at Openlogic, Quantum, Rivio and Iomega. Early in his career, he held product management and strategy roles at Hewlett Packard. Mr. Grolnick has a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Jon Frieman

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Jon currently serves as the Head of Advisory at Statista. He previously worked as the Vice President of Advisory at EFCG, the Director of Sales at Taboola, and an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army.  Jon holds an MBA in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Miami (FL), and in his free time can be found watching, talking, playing, and sleeping football.
